What is Mommy MOT
A Mummy MOT is a specialist postnatal physiotherapy assessment designed to support recovery after pregnancy and birth. It looks at how your body has changed and how to safely rebuild strength, confidence, and function.
When to book a Mommy MOT
You can book a Mummy MOT from around six weeks after birth, but many women also benefit months or even years later, especially if they are experiencing ongoing symptoms or want to return to exercise safely.
